WHAT DOES STABULON NON-SLIP SHEET DO?
The three main functions of non-slip pallet sheet can be summarized as follows: Protects, stabilizes, and transports.
Protects: Prevents products from scattering and falling during movement, thus protecting the goods.
Stabilizes: Provides resistance to movement through friction, keeping the load stable on the pallet.
Transports: Creates a strong structure by ensuring the secure stacking of layers placed between; supports the pallet from the inside.
WHY SHOULD I USE STABULON NON-SLIP SHEET?
Thanks to its special design, the increased friction force prevents materials placed on the pallet from moving in the horizontal plane due to movement.
- Ensures that loads prone to tipping (such as bottles, packages, etc.) return to their vertical positions.
- It is an excellent separator for stacked pallets, preventing sharp and protruding parts of added pallets from damaging the products on the top layer of the pallet below.
- Prevents sliding between layers placed on the pallet, thus avoiding load imbalances and toppled products between the top and bottom of the pallet.
- Provides pallet stabilization, preventing workplace accidents and product damage.
