Stabulon non-slip sheet has been specially designed to meet your needs with its high non-slip properties on both sides.

It can be used for pallets arranged in column, cross, and mixed patterns.

Non-slip sheets of varying weights are designed according to different product groups you wish to transport (as seen below).

Main product sizes are 70×110 cm, 80×120 cm, and 100×120 cm, but custom sizes can be produced according to your needs.

Both surfaces of the paper feature a high friction coefficient non-slip coating.

WHAT DOES STABULON NON-SLIP SHEET DO?

The three main functions of non-slip pallet sheet can be summarized as follows: Protects, stabilizes, and transports.

Protects: Prevents products from scattering and falling during movement, thus protecting the goods.

Stabilizes: Provides resistance to movement through friction, keeping the load stable on the pallet.

Transports: Creates a strong structure by ensuring the secure stacking of layers placed between; supports the pallet from the inside.

WHY SHOULD I USE STABULON NON-SLIP SHEET?

Thanks to its special design, the increased friction force prevents materials placed on the pallet from moving in the horizontal plane due to movement.

Ensures that loads prone to tipping (such as bottles, packages, etc.) return to their vertical positions.

It is an excellent separator for stacked pallets, preventing sharp and protruding parts of added pallets from damaging the products on the top layer of the pallet below.

2How do I choose the right anti-slip sheet for my product?
The most suitable anti-slip sheet is determined by the weight per square meter on your pallets and the type of packaging. When you contact us, we will help you choose the right product and even test it together with your products at your location.

3What is the minimum order quantity?
According to the requested product model, the pallet The number of sheets per pallet varies depending on the product model requested, and the minimum order quantity is 1 pallet (3,000–5,000 sheets).

It does not have a shelf life and can be stored for a long time; however, we recommend not stacking multiple pallets on top of each other during long-term storage. It should not be exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods.

10Can I still use Stabulon anti-slip sheet if the top/bottom surface of my product packages is prone to tearing?
Since Stabulon anti-slip pallet sheet is made from kraft paper, such product packages may damage Stabulon and cause deformations like tearing. For such product packages, Stabufilm, which has an elastic structure, is a more suitable product.

11Why should I use anti-slip sheet instead of corrugated dividers?
While corrugated dividers attempt to provide stabilization by balancing the center of gravity, their raw material increases slipperiness and causes a decrease in product volume and higher storage costs due to their thickness. In contrast, Stabulon anti-slip sheet provides complete stabilization thanks to its anti-slip feature and reduces storage costs by being one-fifth the thickness of corrugated dividers, without causing a decrease in product volume
